A panel discussion on “Creating Value from Food Waste to Support a Circular Economy” featured speakers from multiple sectors, including Dr. Thanit Changthaworn, Director of the Biodiversity-Based Economy Development Office (BEDO); Mr. Prem Supboonlertma, Manager of Sustainability Activities and Corporate Relations; and Ms. Nutchakanya Limsuwattana, cricket farmer from Siwaphon Farm.

The Faculty of Technology has been conducting research on utilizing Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae as alternative raw material for animal feed production, exploring sustainable food technology solutions for waste reduction.
