Multimedia University held its Integrity and Leadership Day 2025 on September 24, featuring talks from anti-corruption officials and ethics experts across its Cyberjaya and Melaka campuses. The event, launched by Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Chief Commissioner Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Haji Azam bin Baki, aimed to foster ethical leadership among students.

Event Director Muhammad Faiz Mohd Shukran delivered the welcoming speech at Dewan Tun Canselor, MMU Cyberjaya, emphasizing efforts to enhance development through experiential learning. Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU, joined in marking the occasion dedicated to fostering ethical leadership and integrity.
The ceremony included the announcement of winners for the InL Video Assignment, which highlighted student creativity in spreading awareness on integrity and leadership topics.
At the Cyberjaya campus, Dr. Rozaidi Abdul Rahim Razali, Deputy President of Malaysia Corruption Watch, delivered a talk entitled “Cultivating Ethical Leadership for Tomorrow: Building Trust, Integrity, and Impact.” With more than 20 years of experience in governance, ethics, and compliance, Dr. Rozaidi shared insights on embedding ethical practices in leadership to strengthen accountability and trust.
Ms. Wawa Idris, an Image Consultant, presented during the afternoon session on “Insta-Ready, Life-Ready: Smart Grooming for the Digital Age,” offering students practical guidance on professional image in the modern world.
Simultaneously at the Melaka campus, Mr. Lim San Shien, Government Unity Ambassador, Lawyer, and Malaysia Youth Leader, spoke on “Leadership Superpower: Unleashing Your Inner Integrity Hero.” Ms. Elaine Kwan PJK, Image Consultant, followed with perspectives on “Polish Your Image, Power Your Future.”

The Learning Institute for Empowerment (LIfE) assisted the student committee in coordinating these concurrent events across both university campuses. The initiative represents part of broader efforts to strengthen the culture of integrity education in Malaysian universities and prepare students for leadership roles.
